    can i take a B complex vitamin in addition to the one-a-day woman’s vitamin i already take? or is that just vitamin B overload? this year, i am determined to nip the winter doldrums in the bud

    yeah, that’s what i do. i’m not a doc, but it can’t hurt. i’m not sure about the symptoms of B overdose.. maybe you’ll turn yellow? :o

    also please not that if you’re a woman, and even more so if you’re asian, you should be taking calcium supplements as well.

    oh and i think folic acid if you’re preg.
